Taylor Mason
MSN, RN, NCSN
I am Taylor Mason MSN, RN and I work at Sunnyslope Elementary (Monday/Tuesday) and Washington Elementary (Thursday/Friday). I grew up in Cashmere, WA. After graduation, I attended Washington State University where I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Nursing. After graduation, I moved back to Wenatchee and began working at Central Washington Hospital. My career started on the Medical/Oncology floor where I worked for two years. After two years of working with adults, I realized my passion was really with young children. I then transferred departments and began working in Pediatrics at Confluence, where I still work ‘as needed’ over our long breaks! I have always had a passion for community health as well, so school nursing was the best fit to bridge the gap between pediatrics and community health. I began my role as a school nurse in Fall of 2016. Last year, I went back to school and completed my Master’s degree in Nursing Education. I love school nursing and am grateful to get to work with wonderful educators and amazing school nurses! My husband and I are renovating a 1910 craftsman in Cashmere and raising two young kids, so we stay pretty busy!
