Leadership

As a Career and Technology Education Program (CTE) career readiness is a major focus in all of our courses.  Our Leadership Program is broken into 2 areas;  The first, students work on projects they help them develop important soft skills/employability skills that are need now and in their future endeavors.  The second aspect is to guide our students down a career path, navigating this path can be overwhelming.  To navigate the skills needed the Wenatchee Tech Center uses an online program, XELLO.  Below is a short video that shares information and requirements for this part of our students program.
